PostHeaderIcon What are some literary works (including movies and childrens books) that make bible references and allusions?

I would prefer children's books because i can remember them easier than books! Movies are good too. Help!

Lord of the Flies has religious allusions.
So does Harry Potter, according to its author J.K. Rowling.
Dan Brown books like Angels and Demons.
    Lord Of The Rings
    The Chronicles Of Narnia

I dont think these are too hard to understand however the Chronicles of narnia all have some biblical references however especially the lion the witch and the wardrobe. WHen Aslan the lion gives his life for peter that is symbolic of christ giving his life for us. When the stone table is broken and aslan is seen again this would be sybolic of the ressurection. There are also other references in the book.
